Where's my pattern? I can't find out where to download it.
Your pattern was sent to you via email.  It was sent to the email address you provided when you checked out. All patterns are in a pdf. format, and will come as an attachment in your email. 

When I open my pattern, it asks what program I want to use to open it with? What program do I use?
You will use Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (or higher) to view and print your pattern. This is a pretty common software installed on most computers.

Adobe Acrobat 6.0  or greater (20 megs)
Some newer computers already have this software installed

I still can't find my pattern.  Did you really send it?
Sometimes, depending upon the firewalls installed on your computer, your pattern could end up (who knows why?) in your JUNK or SPAM folder.  Check there.  If it is not there, please contact us at (800)970-5426 and we will send your pattern again.

I've never installed software on my computer and I've never downloaded anything off the internet? How do I learn about how to do this?

I purchased a pattern but cannot seem to be able to view it. Now I am frustrated... grrrr...
